I have been a fitness fanatic for years and use to live in an area where gyms were easly accessed . Now living in an less accessable part of Scotland thought this dvd would be good . Sorry , but did not rate this one would have like more ab work as lets face it we all want a toned stomach , this did not do it for me and I have resorte dto my Mel Mcandrew one , it os far the best for a home work , with limited space and it is effective . Always buy new ones but revert back to this one. Sorry Divina , but you ain't getting it right for my fitness. Rememebr though I am only comparing it to her pregency dvd which wa ok but takes for ever.

Great dance music to work out to!, 2010-03-10
For me, I have never managed to find a decent fitness video with decent music to work out to but I am glad to say that Davina's taste in dance music completely matches mine and therefore it's a real pleasure to both work out to and lose yourself in the music too.

Having said that, I agree with other people who have expressed the desire to have a separate abs section - I think this is a flaw as it would be great to do the aerobic bit and choose to mix in the abs section if you wanted to.

I consider myself fairly average fitness wise and the intensity to just about right. It's quite stretching without being over the top and unachievable.

I purchased some 3kg hand-weights from Amazon to do the arms section with (probably too heavy for me right now!)

Can't say that I am a Davina fan as she normally annoys me on TV but she's lovely in this DVD. Really smiley, funny and encouraging. Just watching her is motivation enough - I often catch myself thinking "I want those abs!"

Haven't tried the kick-boxing section yet but I am looking forward to trying it and it makes for great variation of workouts.

Definitely money well spent - thanks Davina :)

Another fab fitness dvd by the lovely Davina. This one's alot faster than the others, so dont buy this one as your first Davina, work up to this one. In each section you have a warm up, abs end & cool down which i love and it means you carnt skip that section! Its a must buy. enjoy.

Great new routines, 2010-03-05
I have been a fan of all of the Davina DVD'd and this one doesn't disappoint. The different workouts are all challenging in different ways and the bottom fit workout left me aching for two days afterwards!! The music is great and the floor work excersises at the end of each section really work your tummy!

i have lost inches doing this DVD in just 4 weeks i am amazed i love the kick fit the best but bottom fit is very good and leaves you aching for a few days.
I didn't like the aerobics but depends what you like!
i haven't tried the top fit only because i need to get weights.
I was recommended this by a friend and we are the davina queens lol!
Amazing must buy with a bit of sensisble eating and exercise 4 times a week for only half an hour a time fantastic to fit around a busy lifestyle.
