This is a great song, and Beyonce's voice on this track is so soulful and full of emotion.

I bought this as a gift - it is a bit too slow for my liking. I prefer Beyonce's faster dance songs such as 'Crazy in Love.

Yes, she can sing.
No she can't write songs, so she has others do it for her.
Fair enough, she's not alone in that.
This song however is pathetic.
The tune is fine, but the lyrics are dire.
It not so much `if i were boy', more `if i were a cliched, poorly written male soap character'
Absolute nonsense.
But, let's be fair, other that Crazy In Love, all of her singles have been dreadful, forgettable rubbish and seem to be getting progressively worse.
Get a new writer and get over yourself love.

Actually, do all our ears a favour and retire.

Wonderful song by Beyonce and it`s number one - excellent! I don`t know what it is about Beyonce but she sure knows how to sing, her voice is amazing. Go and check out her album (out now), you won`t be disappointed.
