A must have collectable for any MJ fan.
The DVDs show many of michaels extremely popular hits, with extra film versions in Bad for example.
I really advise people to buy this, we must continue michaels legacy of music, his huge impact on music should never fade away

Well, I want to give this 3/5 really because of the duplicate songs on the two different DVDs (although at least some of them are different performances of the same songs which is nice) and also because the second DVD is actually split onto two different sides of the disk! What is the point in making us turn the disk over half way through when the content could easily fit onto one side?!?!

However, I have to give it a four because of course Michael is excellant and the extra footage on Bad and The way you make me feel is definately worth viewing.

They really should have rethought the structure of the DVD's though instead of sticking with the old VHS format. Shame.

I bought this for my 6 year old son for christmas - and I think it may have been his favourite christmas present. What I wanted was something from Michael's "early days", beat it, thriller etc; my boys love singing along to his songs and dancing along to the videos. so big success and very good value for money

Let me be the first to say Jackson might have had an inflated ego of sorts. I don't want to blow things out of proportion, but it does seem that he has the answers to all life's problems, and he communicates his gift through the medium of the music video. He starts small. "Billie Jean" sees him turn a homeless man into a homeless man in really clean white garb, and he makes a magic bin turn a white cat ginger. "Beat It" is about a couple of bad lads that don't like each other- Michael "The Terminator" Biehn and his rival, an African American gentlemen whose choice of attire strongly implies his blindness. They stab at each other with knives `til Michael shows up and then they just dance together, in uniform synchronicity. A gangster attacks him during "Smooth Criminal" but MJ quickly shoots him out of existence, confirming his invincibility which is really quite helpful when you're righting the world's wrongs. In "The Thriller" he turns into a wolf and a zombie and a crow and fights crime and AIDS from a fighter jet.

"Black or White" (both, again putting him in a safe position to talk) sees some bad racism wrote on cars and a door, but Michael just wrecks it away with violence. In "Earth Song" some Croatians and elephants suffer harsh times, but Michael makes time go backwards so the elephant comes back to life and the Croatians forget about the war (this part isn't shown but it seems obvious, don't you think?) "Heal The World" is MJ's recruitment video. He was only one man, after all. "Blood On The Dancefloor" warns of health and safety hazards and "Bad" shows us how to deal with threats and goading from Wesley Snipes.

Of course, Jackson didn't achieve much of this in his lifetime: his death has left much woe in its wake. Bad lads are still stabbing each other with no-one, NO-ONE to help them dance it out: elephants are dropping dead from exhaustion and murder and Superman's usually too busy to fly around the world to make it go backwards, I think. The world really was a safer place when he was producing many mini-movies on a yearly basis. His legacy lives on through this collection. Let us dance and sing life's bad things away forever in HIS memory.

As the title says this is HIStory. Its simple and in Black and white. This is all the greats from the King of Pop. Sit back turn it on and be amazed at the Thriller that is Michael Jackson. There isn't a bad track on here and keep watching and Don't stop til you get enough' then when you have finished Beat it to the remote and play it again and remember the time when you last felt this good. You'll Scream at the quality but You are not alone so Brace Yourself and enjoy.
