Poor purchase, 2009-01-02
Comment: I received this pan for christmas and after three uses I would say it is now unusable. Apart from the high postage costs for the item, I was disappointed to find the ridges of the griddle are not very pronounced at all, being only a few mm high, but more seriously, after cooking pork chops my pan is covered with burnt on food that will not come off. I have tried soaking the pan in boiling water and using harsh cleaners but I have only succeeded in taking off some of the non-stick. I would send this back for a refund, but the postage costs of sending a cast iron pan through the post make it not worth my while. Avoid.
