The only knife you really need in the kitchen. Can literally be used for any job. Perfectly weighted for males or females. The handle grip is fanstastic and is the perfect size. Cleans easily and will look great in any kitchen. Razor sharp and will lasta lifetime if taken care of properly.

this is the only knive you need, its a perfect cooks knive, it cuts everything and if you look after it properly it will last you many many many years, plus because its so lightweight (which is perfect for chopping japanese style) you can use it for all the little jobs that need to be done. plus its not very expensive compared to tojiro senkou or the top line wusthof knives. on top of that it looks stunning. only negative iv seen is few people find the handle uncomfortable, i find it fits like a glove, most people who do find it uncomfortable have used my knive and enjoyed it!
