Comment: Excellent case and mouse. I haven't had to use the extended warranty part yet and hope I will never have to but it's nice to have it there and at such a great price. I see a lot of people complaining that they cannot re-load the software on their Acers but they ignore the advice when the laptop arrives about burning back-up recovery discs and then wonder why there is a problem.
