Product Description This board has the extra feature of having a built in mouse/joystick.
These really are miniature things, measuring only 30cm wide and 15.5cm deep, these are the same as our other BTC mini keyboards, except they are wireless as well!
These have a USB receiver which you can plug in and hide away, ideal for use in media centres where you won't want to have to have a wire dangling across the floor.
These also have a number pad function like a laptop keyboard.
RF Frequency -just plug them in and away you go, no need to press buttons like conventional wireless keyboards.
These have seven internet hotkeys, 2 programmable gaming buttons and also a 'joystick' which can be used as a mouse or a joystick depending on what you're doing. And they even come complete with 2 AA Duracell batteries, and a driver CD.
These really are amazing little devices!
Full English Layout, only suitable for PCs running Windows 98se and above. They are not Mac compatible.

Worked for a while, then kaput, 2008-09-12 I was happy with this keyboard at first, but it soon grew to be very annoying. The range is less than a metre and a half, and you have to point the keyboard in the right direction for it to work. The joystick/mouse either did not work at all or was very slow.
After three weeks it stopped working all together. The LED indicator kept flashing continuously showing that the keyboard was tranmsitting when keys were not being pressed. When a key WAS pressed seven or eight characters would appear on the screen. The most annoying thing was that as soon as my PC started up the keyboard shut it down again!
Customer support was rubbish (surprise, surprise) - they told me to return the keyboard to Amazon for an exchange, but I didn't want another one, so I chucked it in the bin - and was quite happy to do so.
I have bought another keyboard - GENIUS LUXEMATE 810 DESKTOP - which works ten time better . . . so far ;)
everything i needed at a reasonable price., 2008-11-14 Pros: sturdy build, small size overall, full size keyboard keys, wireless.
Cons: set up and connection is occassionaly troublesome. some keys are missing (no windows key) or moved around (fn and ctrl key postion interchanged).
the whole keyboard generally works well. keeps up with my typing speed of 85wpm. occassionally misses a key or two.
the battery life isn't too bad (about a month), espcially if you alternate between two pairs of rechargable batteries.
the mini thumbstick is good for occasional use but simply can not replace the conveience of a mouse.
the shortcut keys don't work very well. they often open the wrong shortcut so i just use a program called autohot key to make my own shortcuts.
Good item, 2008-10-10 This is an excellent keyboard, and good for use on a HTPC or gaming system due to its compact size, I have given this 4 stars, it would have been 5 stars except for 2 main points, there's no windows key on the keyboard, and the mouse is a little slow, if they corrected these 2 problems, then it would have been 5 stars.
The build in mouse function is useful, but I'd recommend you combine this with a Mini Wireless Mouse, also in black to make a matching set, This is what I've done.
this keyboard is a good Space Saver, and looks prity good, it would be excellent when used on a gaming system, or HTPC, As for range, I can sit comfortably on my sofa and use this keyboard with no problems, (About 2/3 meters away from Receiver), I may have only given this 4 stars, But I'd still recommend it to a friend.
It depends on what you want to do with it!, 2008-09-21 First of I bought this item to use on a second PC and free up some deskspace, so the small footprint and wireless aspect had appeal.
(No I can't get on with KVMs).
In use the little mouse replacement joystick is next to useless, I have taken to supplementing this with a proper mouse.
I know it's not designed for writing War and Peace on but the key action is pretty bad, best left to the two finger hunt & peck.
The keys are placed closer together, bit like a laptop, for me that is no problem, little hands, but if you have average size or larger male hands it probably won't suit.
It hasn't been a roaring success but it does do what I bought it for, space saving, and is fine for the odd quick message on X-fire.
It is cheap and you get what you pay for, but probably not good value for money. Why did I give it 3 stars, after reading this review I wouldn't!!!
Had to return it, 2008-08-14 I may have just been unlucky but I've had to return the one I bought. One key had a really annoying click and some of the others didn't always respond
