Comment: The iron generally had a lot of useful features. I bought this as a replacement as I needed an auto-shut off model. It is rather uncomfortable to hold compared with my previous Phillips model (the handle appears too thick for my smallish hand). The soleplate is considerably smaller. The temperature dial is small and fiddly and not operable with one hand. Filling lid opens at an awkward angle meaning that water gets spilt.
