MY-Link 3 PORT SATA SERIAL ATA + 1 ATA PCI CONTROLLER CARD
This product was delivered to me within 4 days in mint condition. I subsequently installed it into my pc using a spare pci slot and after I had followed the straight forward instructions to install the drivers, the card was up and running! The whole job took less than 10 minutes! After installation I was able to plug my new sata disc drive into one of the two internal sata ports and that too was then up and running. All in all a very good, very cheap and extremely worthwhile purchase!

This item arrived very quickly and it is well packaged to prevent damage.
The product that I received had three SATA connections and one IDE slot - IDE & 1 x SATA face away from the motherboard, 1 x SATA faces towards the drive bays, 1 x SATA is external. Also contained in the box was a 1m SATA cable and a RAID software CD.

So long as you know a bit about computers or are willing to look it up in books or online then you should have no problems. I was installing a brand new hard drive so I had to format and partition it before it was ready for use but I assume that if I was using a hard drive already containing data then it would just connect with no issues.

Vista automatically installed drivers once it detected the PCI card and I'm not using any RAID functions so there was no need to install the software from the disc supplied.

A simple, useful and cheap piece of kit with future expansion options.
