Comment: I tried this out because someone gave my housemate a bag for muscle problems. Within a week the skin on my back improved dramatically. My GP prescribes a cream that tackles 3 different things in case the problem is caused by one of them, and makes your skin thinner - so I don't use it very often. These bath salts were a revelation! They really worked for me to improve flaky skin and redness. So if you have skin problems they may be worth a try, as they might work for you too. I suggest starting with a handful and working up to see how much you need in each bath, and if the water is very hot you may need some recovery time afterwards.
