Good basic keyboard, 2008-11-17
I wanted a keyboard to plug in to my netbook, to make extended typing sessions a bit easier.
This keyboard fits the bill very well, it works well for touch typists and looks quite smart, too.
My only critisism is the overpackaging that it came with, a common Amazon fault. Other than that, superb.

Bought this to replace my 10 yr old keyboard.
This keyboard looks stylish in the silver and black colour.
Lightweight and does the job it is meant to do.
I didnt want anything flash and this isnt flash.
For the money it is good value. My only gripe is that the height adjustment is poor. It feels as if you are typing on the flat!
Im used to a better angle to type on.......the height only is increased by about 1".
I would have awarded this keyboard 5 stars if the height was better.

What can you say about a keyboard that costs 99 pence? It works! And, as a result, it is great value for money!
Of course, Amazon's free delivery option doesn't work with this supplier, which is a pain as teh delivery costs about £6.75, so you're really paying nearer £8 for the keyboard.
Even so, I still consider it good value. Whether by accident or design (very clever if it's the latter!), it sits neatly on top of my laptop keyboard (which is now dead and the reason I needed the replacement), so using it is not a great deal different than before (although the main QWERTY part of the board ends up slightly to the left of the laptop's, which means there's a slight adjustement of the keyboard and screen line-of-sight, but you soon get used to it.
It needed no installation - just plug in the USB connector and it's ready in a few seconds.

This keyboard is probably the best around for the money I wanted a basic keyboard nothing fancy, not curved, no extra useless buttons and this fits that bill. the keys are weighted perfectly and no sticking what so ever.
