Comment: I purchased one of these in early May 2007 and promptly received the item. I was disappointed when the vent clip broke when I first tried it out. I wrote this in my feedback but did not feel the quality of the product reflected the quality of service or the company.To the credit of KMS Direct and without asking, they sent a new holder and four replacement airvent clips when they read my feedback. It might not change the quality of the product, it's still poor, but it does reflect the attitude and the morals of the KMS-Direct. I wouldn't have any worries about buying from this company again. Thank you KMS Direct.
