Comment: ok ive had this product since 2005 it was sold to me as a new product when i purchased my new pc (yesterday found out it was made in 2002- another reason to avoid)

ok i used this for about a year with the BT home hub using WEP with no problems. i began experiencing problems when the BT engineer changed my pc to use WPA-PSK- Zoom lost connection daily and frequently throughout the day.

having spoken to BT india call centre i was advised to revert to WEP which i did and continued to use for another year.

However yesterday i switched to virgin media- cable internet thus needed a DSL router- i purchased the D-Link N router- white one Dir 655 and expeirenced major problems with connections.

simply put i spent ages on the phone to the USA tech support who arent too sharp with their zoom products and finally realised it needed a driver...to work with windows XP- disgraceful but finally got it to use WPA-PSK with the new drivers- which arent on the website so you have to call tech support to email them to you.

very crap and outdated- simply put avoid like the plague.- works crap with BT and virgin media
