Comment: To my mind this is not the best Boheme DVD currently on the market, either the production or vocally. For better versions look to Pavarotti/Freni, Villazon, Carreras/Stratas but my favourite is Gallardo Domas with Alvarez from La Scala. Excellent cast, superb picture and sound & easy to watch production. I did not like some of the tempi used in this production but did find Giordani's Rodolfo very interesting.
