This Classic FM 3CD collection is an interesting theme variation from most of their other compilations in that it represents music voted for by the radio show's listeners.

`Classic FM Most Wanted' is a program intended to give listeners the chance to vote for their favourite music and then listen to their choices in the form of a countdown during each weekday afternoon, so this compilation is classical music's equivalent of pop music's `Top 30 chart countdown'.

The result is 30 pieces of music which have no common theme other than representing the type of classical music which today's people like. For those unfamiliar to classical music, this will be a case of 'most welcome', for nearly all of the tracks on the collection will be familiar ones from TV adverts and films etc, therefore providing a chance to put a name to the music.

For me, that is the attraction of this Classic FM release because it allows the newcomer to classical music to learn a lot very easily and to get up to speed with what people in the classical world are listening to.

My interest in classical music has continued to blossom in recent times. After a hard and tiring day, it gives me a real pleasure to listen to Classical FM- Most Wanted. I find the music in the album to be relaxing, soothing and stimulating. Listening to Classical Music FM- Most Wanted to me is a kind of meditation routine, where you can exercise your mind and have vivid thoughts about beautiful objects like the countryside with its peaceful setting or a river flowing. The way, I have so far is defined the product is kind of poetic if you get what I mean.

The Classical Fm- Most Wanted features tracks which I have not previously listened to and are slightly different to alternative classical albums. When I listen to the album, I observed the shuttle differences with the tracks featured. With classical originating a very long time ago with no precise indication of time, you can tell the style and tune vary from contemporary classical which is technology driven. The background music includes instruments such as the piano, flute and violin. The way the instruments are played marks the genius and rare talents of these artists. The major names to embrace in the classical arena and are included in the album IN THREE DISCS include Mozart, Beethoven, Bach: Paganini and so on

Overall, the Classical FM- Most Wanted is an excellent album and a real pleasure to listen to. From listening to the album, you can straight away notice the music dates long time ago, but giving a precise time is difficult to pinpoint. The music is of the highest quality and justifies why this appeals to me. Classical music is a breed of music suited to for anyone who loves soothing and tuneful music.
