A very sharp piece of kit. I ran it up my arm and it shaved the hair off (a first for a kitchen knife for me).
The handle is nicely ergonomic and 'grippy'. It looks totally sealed and strong and dishwasher proof.
I don't know how easy it will be to sharpen, but I would think its slim profile and good quality steel would mean it would be a doddle!

A very ergonomic knife, sits well in the hand and doesn't slip. I have been using mine in a commercial kitchen for 2 years and it's still razor sharp. It must have been through the dishwasher a thousand times and is still doing the trick, for the money you really can't go wrong.
