I have had this phone for 3 years now and I have never had any problems with it at all. I use it every day for internet, email, texting, calling etc so I am constantly fully using every part of this phone and its services. If you want a decent normal phone that isn't too big and has a reasonable camera etc. then this is the phone for you! It is honestly the best phone I have used. All the new phones that come out now may be amazing but for simplicty's sake I would always choose this over any other.
Excellent Phone, 2008-09-05
I bought a white W810i in Hong Kong in late 2006.
It was a good choice! The phone is quite small (though some Sony phones are slimmer now), it is packed full of features and the audio quality is excellent.
Occasionally, the headphones jack input/charging jack input (same socket) needs a wiggle to get the phone to recognise the attached cable but it only takes a second and is not a real problem.
I have a 1GB memory card and can store loads of songs and photos and videos.
The camera is good! My girlfriend says the quality of my 810i camera phone is better than her regular digital camera.
And most important, the build is quality. Earlier this year I fell into a river in Portugal and my W810i phone was under water for 10-20 seconds before I fished myself out. The phone stopped working for a couple of days but once it had dried out, it worked again!
Durable, solidly built with good audio and camera options.
A good phone and I am, from now on, a Sony man all the way. (I still have a Sony TV from 1992 which is in full working order, and a Sony radio from 1998 still going great guns!)

It is a very nice phone. Brilliant camera and music player probably the best i have heard on a phone.
The keys are easy to text on and very easy to control.
The mobile itself is very easy to use and I recommend it to anyone
Awesome phone!, 2009-10-22
I've had this phone since it came out which is probably about 4/5 years now and it still works perfectly! I've never had to replace the battery or return the phone once. It is a great reliable phone that is easy to use and has everything I need all in one device. Without listening to music my battery still lasts about 1week and when listening to music maybe about 3-5 days. It is pretty quick to charge and the headphones supplied with the phone still work perfectly. The phone also has a light, its supposed to be used as a flash for the camera but I use it as a torch in emergencies or just when its dark, there is also a SOS light setting so you can get help if you need it!
So if you want a phone that will last you a long time, I would suggest getting this phone as it will last you!
