Does what it says on the tin..., 2007-07-26 Having been the lucky recipient of a trouser press for my 30th birthday, I can tell you that the Corby 7700 presses trousers really quite well. Simple to use, once you've lined up the trousers, it leaves a decent crease and reduces the need to use expensive dry cleaners simply for the appearance.
Good, 2008-12-05 This my second trouser press, in addition to all of the ones I've used in hotels. This particular model has got a few better features than my original Rowenta one, which did 10 years of good service before finally wearing out.
If you've never used a trouser press, then it's probably the easiest and cheapest way to permanently upgrade your business look, making all your suit trousers crisp and smooth. For much less than the price of a good suit, it will outlast any suit you buy.
If you've used a trouser press, and are wondering which model, this, in my view, is the one to get. It's got a nice little stretch function which makes it much easier to put the trousers in and come out with the perfect crease every time -- without it, there's always a chance that you'll add that horrible double crease which indicates you didn't quite get the trousers in the right place. That, on its own, justifies the additional price over cheaper models. More expensive models offer you a more attractive piece of furniture, but no extra functionality.
Strongly recommended, even if you only own one suit.
