Great game, 2010-07-26 I bought this game for our family as we like to play games and it looked like something different. It's a really good game. Each person has a set of letters and has to make their own individual crossword. When someone uses all their letters they shout 'peel' and then everyone picks up an extra letter and tries to use it. My 8 year old daughter started out using lots of 3 letter words and struggling to make her own crossword. But after the 3rd or 4th time of playing she was introducing some really complicated words and rearranging her crossword to add new letters - I was really impressed how well she could do it. For the rest of us we find it fun and challenging. We've normally set a time limit rather than keeping on going until the letters are used up but it is addictive and the time limit does frequently get extended. The other thing I like is that it is small and portable. Great for taking on our camping holidays.
elfeenia, 2010-07-21 I am collecting a range of games to take camping. This game is ideal packs nealy away and takes up next to no room in the ruck sack. we had hours of fun playing this game.
love words? love being creative? love this game., 2010-07-03 This is an excellent game for all ages and all abilities. I love the simple concept of creating words combined with the challenge of beating your opponent. A great game to take on holiday as an alternative to a traditional puzzle book that all the family can play and enjoy together.
bananagrams, 2010-07-03 this game is disappointing. not as much fun as the blurb suggests, but we created our own timed version which was better. not any better than scrabble really.
Keeping the grey matter working, 2010-07-09 I first played this game on a wet windy day in Cornwall. Loved it. The competitive spirit reared it's ugly head and any win was fantastic. The best part was that the 3 of us were not in the first flush of youth. I have now bought it for a cousin who loves games.
