Condensed and profound Gem of a book, 2006-01-19 If you want to be immersed in some profound and remarkable spiritual insight from a Jnanavatar, then you have found the right book. Yukteswarji was commissioned with writing about the underlying unity of Hindu & Christian scriptures, and does so in particular with reference to the Revelation of St John. But you'll also be able to read about the corrected version of the Yugas and the Great Year, determined by the precession of the Equinoxes, as well as a casual reference the Sun's binary star (which scientists are currently attempting to discover). It is well worth the small price, and you'll probably go back to it time and time again.
So precious, 1999-09-03 If you want to understand the Creation, God, cosmic astrology, reading this book and meditating on each sentence is a must. There is only one Truth.
Priceless, 1999-08-31 The great wisdom of one of the greatest ones of all times
Fantastic, 2004-02-28 This book is excellent. Sri Yukteswar's writing style is very easy to read (I think I prefer it to Yogananda's) and he manages to explain a great deal of truth in a short space. A clear account of the similarities between Hindu and Christian scriptures, this book will be useful for any spiritual seeker.
A spiritual Gem for any traveler on The Journey of Life, 2001-11-24 For a readied spiritual practitioner, reading this book may lead to a direct experience of divine love within. A sacred book indeed, although I'm not acquianted with the astrology information in one chapter, the word Holy is only proper. Reflecting the Truth in both some biblical scriptures as well as other wisdom sources, the sacredness of the world is reflected as a uniting force, a Source to be found by many methods and in many sources. This is a gem.
