This book has great diagrams showing the complete reflexology sequence step by step. It covers all aspects of reflexology including examples of treatment plans and treating specific symptoms. I found the areas on practice management, tax and marketing very helpful as it will be the first time I have managed my own business and needed advice in this area. I also bought Andrew James's video on reflexology which I found very easy to follow at home.

It covers everything including the reflexology treatment sequence, common diseases and disorders, hand reflexology, other complementary health therapies and business management. It has good diagrams and is full of helpful advice on how to write a good case study and be a professional practioner. At the end of each chapter there is a revision guide which i found very helpful in preparing for the exams!

The title states that this is a complete guide to reflexology and that is certainly true. Andrew James' book takes you from the first steps of getting 'hands on' right through to how to set up your own business and he even gives helpful tips for filling out tax returns. This is everything that anybody thinking about a career in reflexology needs to know. It is also suitable for those who may be wanting to use reflexology to treat friends and family and not necessariy make a career out of the practice. The book contains lucid and precise instructions on giving a treatment and how to adapt your treatment so as to be truly holistic and not just going through the motions. Whatever your interest in reflexology I think that this book will contain the answers you need.

This book is excellent for anyone who is studying to be a reflexologist - or just wants to know about reflexology.

Having just spent a year travelling backwards and forwards to England from abroad to study reflexology - it was fantastic to find one book that contained so much of the information that I needed.

The photos and instructions taking you through both foot and hand reflexology procedures are very clear. The information in the book is clearly set out, well organised and illustrated so it is very easy to find your way around the book. There are revision type questions at the end of every chapter and at the end of the book which are really helpful if you are studying for the reflexology exam.

The coverage is very comprehensive and this is a book that makes reflexology very accessible.

I recently studied an I.T.E.C. home study course and i found the information i was given very limited. I came across this book and ordered it. It has everything you need to learn reflexology and also to refer back to, to brush up. It has all the step by step sequence for the treatment and lots lots more. It is without a shadow of a doubt the best reflexology book on the market.!!
