Comment: There are now many books available on SharePoint technologies, so unlike the previous version of the products, there is now a choice of book to buy. Admittably this book does seem to touch most functions available in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007, but it left me a bit cold. More descriptive than a hands on. A once only read and not something I will refer back to. If you are a user of SharePoint technology or a site administrator, then you will be better off buying Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Step-by-Step, by Olga Londer and Beginning SharePoint 2007: Building Team Solutions with MOSS 2007 by Amanda Murphy and Shane Perran. If you are a server administrator, then you should buy the Administrator's Companion by Bill English.
