Comment: As a Mac user of many years standing I wasn't sure how much I'd benefit from a book on the new operating system. But having read all the hype about Panther I thought I'd try and get the most out of it by purchasing a book on the subject. And all I can say is if there's one book you read on the new OS this should be it. It's ideally suited for everyone from novices through to the most experienced user. The book's written in an easily comprehensible style and contains interactive lessons, QuickTime movies (on the accompanying CD) and a wealth of tricks and tips that I probably never would have found without it. So if you really want to make the most of Apple's great new operating system then quite simply you should buy this book.
