- Have fun while learning colours, eye hand coordination and small motor skills
- Age 4+
Great Starter Set, 2009-04-16 This is a really good introduction to Quercetti Gears. The pieces are really easy to put together (my 2 year old manages to assemble this with help) and there are lots of variations you can make. The only negative I would say is that the pegs that slide the animal and tree pieces into the holes are easily bent and could be broken with time.

Great toy for two year olds, 2009-03-17 My two year old just loves this toy and all her little friends that have come round have also played with it alot. The beads are chunky and easy for little hands to put in and pull out. You can make pretty patterns using the templates too. Definately a good buy.

A double sided board, 29 x 23 cm. The front side is for use with magnetic accessories or chalks, the reverse is white for easy use with dry-ease markers.
Not what I expected, 2008-12-21 The board is quite small (a bit smaller than A4 paper size). It does not come with 'dry markers and chalk' as given in the product description. This was quite disappointing, because this was the main reason I bought it for I thought it was good value for money. The product description is also inaccurate, because it says one side is chalk, while it really is a dry wipe board.

Gears Galore!, 2009-10-19 I bought this for my son when he was 3, and he loved it, now three years later he still gets as much enjoyment out of it. Cogs and wheels are a marvel and I'm sure from an educational point of view it's brilliant, but he loves putting toys on top of the gears and spinning them round til they fall off, and making various patterns and shapes with the cogs. My only negative comment is that there is no handle to turn them once you've set them all up in a great long line across the carpet - you have to turn one of the cogs. So a small thing, but it would have been very welcome.

This 150-piece construction set features 27 feet of glow-in-the-dark track. Excellent for early lessons in principles of mechanics and physics. 6+ years.
Just plain brilliant!, 2006-01-08 We bought this for my 6yr old at Christmas - and will be adding another set for his birthday later this month. It is just an incredible toy. Over Christmas his Grandfather and father were as gripped as he was making the loop-the-loop work, then figuring how to get it into the bend and stay on the rials. He's kept busy for hours inventing new tracks, working out which bits aren't working and why, how to make the marbles run faster/slower etc. He has no idea he's working with Physics principles! And then, to beat it all, he can go to bed and look at his track glowing in the dark in his room. Can't recommend it enough.

- Fun educational toy
- 132-piece gear set
- Features pillars, 6-way axles, connectors, extenders, meshing gears and cranks to get things moving
- Includes gears in 4 sizes and adjustable 'chain' to transfer rotary motion to distant gears
- Age 5+
Great fun for ALL ages!, 2010-01-11 I bought this for my 2 year old nephew for christmas as he loves wheels and gears. However, on christmas morning it was mayhem - my other 2 nephews (3 years old and 8 months old) wanted to play with it, my brothers in law want to play with it, my sisters wanted to play with it, my 60 year old Dad kept trying to sneak off with it and well everyone else would play with it inbetween. My boyfriend & I played with it on Christmas Eve - just couldn't wait!
This toy is great fun for literally any age. The 3-D constructions are intersting to build - the toolbox comes with a booklet with pictures of designs to follow, there are stickers to put on the gears to make it look more appealing to the younger crowd and we all thought the adjustable plastic chain to interact with the gears is genius!
The only thing I could fault this toy on would be the small pegs that secure the gears / scaffolding onto the board snap off if the anchor pieces are taken off roughly, but hey, what toy isn't indistructable by a 2 year old?
Overall, great piece of kit! I want one for myself!

The Super Saxoflute Toy from Quercetti Toys is a 24 piece instrument building set which includes 2 mouthpieces, 2 trumpet ends and twisting tubes. Made of unbreakable ABS plastic and compatible with Quercetti Tubation Set. Package measures 12.75" x 7.75" x 3".
CREDIT WHERE CREDIT'S DUE!, 2008-08-02 My daughter bought her son (my grandson) a Saxoflute for his 2nd birthday.
That was 18 months ago and not a day has gone by without it coming out of the toy box. He loves it and watching him play with it is amazing - he uses it to make all sorts of things! I credit this toy with helping him develop in so many ways - hand eye co-ordination, imagination, improvisation, attention span, colour recognition etc.
Credit to Quercetti for making a fun, durable toy that's as cheap as chips and credit to my daughter for buying it!

Create endless and mesmerizing cascades of marbles! This 160 piece set includes components to build an a motorized elevator. The elevator height is adjustable to work with any configuration of the marble run that is made. This set even includes exclusive double elevators! Ages: 8 + Manufacturer:International Playthings
Bit flimsy, 2009-05-23 My little boy was and is thrilled with this toy and Marble Runs are clearly his thing. However, the pieces can be a bit tricky to push together and I have had to remove it from the playroom altogether when a friend was round as my son realises you have to be quite careful with it but it nearly got trashed a few times by his friend who couldn't seem to understand you can't lean on it even a little bit while playing. I chose this one because it was so much more colourful than the wooden options but I think they would have been a lot more stable. Still a fun toy but a bit flimsy and impossible to a young child to put together on their own - I felt I needed another arm to support it while I put the rest together, so help will be needed from an adult for younger children.
