Great for my 3 year old. He loves making things. Only takes 10 mins or so to build each model. Longer if you let them look at the pictures, find the correct piece, and build it themselves. Hours of fun.

Perfect for all building & putting-things-together lovers. My kids (age 4 & 5) love this stuff. Wonderful idea making the infamous meccano 'soft'. This toys will be used for years to come, untl they are ready to move on to the real meccano. Mummy had lots of fun making the machines too!

This is a good toy but quite awkward to build. Bought this for my Nephew who is almost 6 to build with his Father and he quite quickly lost interest and left his father to work with it.

The fit of the gears on the shafts are VERY poor. As with other Meccano kits they show 10 toys to make and only give plans to make 5. Come on Meccano sharpen your act up here!! My husband is an engineer and also agrees that with just a picture you cannot make the models. Would not recommend this toy to anyone.
