- Twelve super bright LEDs
- Wind up action for bright light
- Built in hanging hook and compass
- 3 light levels to choose from
- Robust construction
It is what it is, 2008-05-11 I bought this item for over £9.00. It arrived on Friday last, very quickly and following on from another person's experience, I wound it up for 3 minutes and placed it into my 7 year old's bedroom, who is a bit frightened of the dark.
He went to bed at 7:30 and whilst it was only functioning with 4 LED's, rahter than the options for 8 or 12 LEDs, at 7:00 this morning, it was still glowing fine. At 8 and 12 LED's it is a bit too bright as a nightlite, but to be honest, this is a camping light, you can read by it fine using 8-12 LEDs but it is not that bright but what do people expect? It would be more than adequate to get undressed by in a tent and would suffice for use by an individual to read by. If on the other hand you are looking for a bright light which will ight up an area say for 8 - 10 people sitting around a table, buy a Coleman lantern at about £50 and produce a bit of carbon!
I would wholeheartedly recommend this light for those people who want a cheap, safe, economic and environmentally friendly lamp with limited but useful ight output. I will try it out next week at my son's scout camp and if it remains as good as it is now, I will buy another.
One last thing, if you don't want to crank the handle like an adolescent for 3 minutes, there is an option of charging it up via a 6v charger,

Gelert
- Single flock airbed
- durable pvc construction
- easy to inflate and deflate
- suitable for indoor and outdoor use
- ideal for use when camping, caravanning, travelling or at home
- inflated size - 186 x 76 x 20cm
A good buy, 2008-08-04 This is one of the best buys i've made this summer, very comfy, and doesn't make a noise like others do.
The only thing that you got to think about is inflating as it takes about ten minutes and that was with an air compressor but it was easy to get the air out and packs away neatly back in the box so in all i've given it four stars.

Ronseal (tm). Does what it says on the tin: mini dehumidifier., 2008-08-19 What these things are not:-
Cheap substitutes for larger dehumidifiers like the DeLonghi DNC60 (or larger!).
As described they are for small areas/spaces like cupboards, wardrobes or perhaps smaller cabins storage areas on certain boating/camping trips.
There are a variety of these out there, and are often up to £20 in price. At that price I'd say 3 stars, but this twin-pack offers good value, so hence 4.
Do read the (don't worry, short) instructions as info such as the unit warming during "recharging" is important.
Slight niggle with the indicator, that isn't too easy to look through in all but the best light. Also, when "full" the crystals are more an almost entirely transparent with a pink tinge, than the translucent or even solid pink implied. But the blue colour for when they are still able to absorb moisture is nice and solid, so no problem there.
After doing a clothes clearout, we've already seen the effect of moisture (mold/mildew) in a wardrobe where some clothes are rarely/never taken out. We feel these dehumidifiers will help us with the long-term storage of such articles. For us the units take several days to "fill" and 6-18 hours to recharge (ie expell the moisture into a better ventilated area via warming of the crystals), so don't expect overnight miracles!

- Genuine branded ExecutionerTM * Not a Cheap Copy *
- Built to last, Made with ABS Plastic not brittle recycled plastic
- CHEAP POSTAGE & FREE Branded Alkaline Batteries
- Fully CE Approved and Trading Standards Passed
- 1 Years Full Warranty, our racket is built to last!
The very best, 2008-08-17 This is the fourth different make of zapper I've bought and it certainly outperforms and outlasts all of the others. Two of them suffered cracked frames, and all of the other makes were difficult to use because of outer safety mesh. I bought The Executioner in the summer 0f 2007 and it is still going strong and performing well on the original batteries a year later. And it has certainly killed many flies, moths, midges and other flying nasties. Highly recommended.

Scotmas
- This maximum concentration DEET spray is ideal for when conditions are very severe
- It provides up to 5-6 hours protection
- Great for those periods when reapplication is inconvenient or impractical
- DEET is regarded by most leading authorities in Tropical Medicine to be the most effective repellent available
- Suitable for short term use only
fends off all the bugs, with the exception of a few very determined biters!, 2008-08-20 I got this spray for travelling through Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. Worked excellently, but be warned it's so strong it melted the nail polish on my toes! If applied thoroughly on exposed skin, you'll fend off the mozzies no problem. One bottle lasted me around 3-4 weeks when used constantly. A very good investment for anyone travelling to malaria zones. At £6.99 here on amazon it's the cheapest I could find of this brand!

Fiskars
- Revolutionary design
- Easy and safe
- Removable sharpening wheels
- for table top use
- Sharpen any straight blade knife
At Last, 2008-04-27 At last a simple knife sharpener that actually works. It may not be the most sophisticated piece of kit on the market and certainly not the most expensive. I've tried steels and whetstones in the past and been very disappointed. I now have all my Sabatier knives back in business and a pleasure to use again.

Bosch Power Tools (First Order Account)
A doddle to use!, 2008-07-15 Even the instructions for getting the thing out off the box are well thought out.Assembly is straight forward. It seems to be well built,it is built in Germany(it says so on the box).Strange that their labour costs
don`t stop them from manufacturing in their home country! The stop/start buttons could be bigger.Mine came with the bag. This does not fit very well on the two "hooks" on the machine,so certainly don`t buy one.Much better to use/buy a plastic storage box.Noise.Well the figures stated on Amazon are different to that stated on the box. However, its quieter than my cement mixer which is rated at 85db!Even when chomping its way through
3-4cm "branches".So noise ,don`t worry about it.How good does it do the job? Well it eats it way through anything that goes through the slot.
However,I`m pleasantly surprised at how well it chops up leafy, thin twiggy material.Every now and then it needs a woody branch to clean the cutting drum.Is it worth the money? Well it doesn`t require a huge leap of imagination to realise that something spinning at 1000`s RPM is noisey. This turns a leisurely 40 RPM, does a very good job, you
can carry on a conversation at the same time and once you get the branch started ,it feeds itself. What more do want?
Robert Bosch,I want a discount on a hedge trimmer I will probably buy from you!
