The people who gave these heaphones one star must have brought broken ones as my PX200 works as good as the PX100, but I say the PX200s are better than the PX100s and they sound brilliant in an iPod.

Olympus VN-3100PC Digital Voice Recorder with microphone

Ordered the Olympus VN3100-PC recorder a week ago, and just got it today.
It works tremendously well, and the software supplied was installed on my Vista laptop in less than 2 minutes.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for something lightweight, handy, USB connectivity, with long lasting battery life and incredible memory space(5hrs plus of XHQ recording).

One thing to note though, the instruction manual made no mention of how to switch off the recorder. I assume its similar to other recorders, which is to put the hold button on, and after 2 secs, the screen goes blank (should be off right?). But personally, I remove the batteries when am not using them just to be sure.

Big buttons for older folk., 2008-12-21
I originally bought the Toshiba RDXV48 - 160Gb Hard Drive DVD Recorder & VHS Combi With Freeview as a Christmas present for my elderly father (he's 91) who has a lot of old VHS cassettes he's recorded off the TV over the last 20 years. Unfortunately, the remote control is filled with about 55 small buttons with very small text above each one and my father could not work it, usually ending up in a menu he couldn't get out of. The solution was for me to have the Toshiba, buy my father this Panasonic DVD recorder and he can continue to use his old video recorder.

The reason we decided on this model is because there are not as many buttons and some of them (the main ones) are quite large. It also accepts Panasonic 3x speed, 4.7GB, 10 pack DVD-RAM Disc which my father can use to record Columbo and keep them to watch a few times before recording over them.

He still gets confused, occasionally pressing the red freeview button when he is trying to record something, but it's not as bad as when he used the Panasonic.

Therefore, highly recommended for older folk and people who misplace their reading glasses.

We waited for some time for just the right flat screen TV and the wait was worth it for this one. Aside from changing the default colour settings, the only thing you need to do is take the TV out of the box and connect it. Set up was simple, quick and straightforward. Picture quality is excellent, sound quality from built in speakers is very good and we haven't felt the need yet to connect separate speakers. Definitely a top buy and well worth the price.

the 21st of may and i have had a guitar for a week and forgot how to tune
