good value for money, 2006-11-09 I have had one these TV tuners for a few weeks now. They are very easy to set up just plug in go through an automatic set up screen and enjoy.
These TV tuners are more suited to be used outside where the signal is a lot stronger.
I managed to pick up all 35 channels first time without any problem I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Value and Features, 2007-10-31 I bought this for my sister who was in hospital after an accident and thought it would come in handy for watching the old movies, However seeing as its XVID/DIVX compatible it was a breeze to get hold of the latest TV shows, rip them to DVD, and keep it up to date. I'am pleased to say that, although my sister is now back home, the Shinco player is still getting plenty of use.Excellent value and feature-packed in comparision to other 9more expensive) portable players available on the high street. Highly recommended.

Shinco SDP-6820 ........Excellent value for the money., 2007-12-31 This is my first portable player, although I have seen and used others belonging to friends, I can truly say how pleased i am with this particular player. It does everytyhing it says on the box. Picture quality is great in all formats including digital TV.I bought the Shinco freeview add-on(although not cheap)and was supprised at how easy it was to set up. using the given arial it picked up 30 stations, however this only worked in some rooms within the house. Fixing an ordinary portable TV arial solved this problem.
The player is well built with many accessories, remote control,2 pairs of ear phones etc: well designed carry case which lets you included all the extras. The case for viewing in the car is flimsey but adequate(you can always sit with it on your knee).Sound quality is only average and does sound a bit tinney via the in-built speakers, but is loud enough to hear. Using the ear phones gives a much better sound experience though.
You can buy this machine for under £126.00 on line....buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Design, Finish and Features , 2008-12-02 I have a Shinco SDP 1720C - 7inch for 2 years, which is still running great but since my son and daughter really have different interests now in what they regard as cool, I decided to look for another DVD player. I was open to other brands too but it has to be multi-region and it has to play DivX. This automatically eliminates brands like Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, Philips which are region specific.
This left me with Feastronics, Orbit, Hyundai and Shinco. After reading several reviews, I started leaning towards Shinco, who I gather from reviews make for big brands like Toshiba and Philips. I decided for the Shinco SDP 700USB and upon receiving it, I am really happy with my purchase. These are the reasons;
1. The looks first caught my eyes and I was not wrong. It has a fantastic colour contrast; iPod white on the outside and black in the inside. The finishing is first class and I love the rotating screen. You can rotate the screen 180 deg and it will then look like a tablet.
2. Second feature that stands out among all the 7inch players is that it has a USB port that supports up to 60GB external hard drive or a USB pen drive that has 60GB. This is awesome because it allows me to load about 75 movies in DivX format onto my memory stick and my daughter does not need to lug her 75 movies with her.
3. Other great thing about this player is that it can be connected to an external DVB-T (digital TV tuner) from Shinco and my Shinco player becomes a TV with over 30 freeview channels.
4. Lastly, I must commend Shinco for packaging this nicely; The package comes with a carry case with all accessories (cables, car charger, remote and AV/DC charger, etc) that can be connected to the back of the front seats. The player is packed securely into a bubble wrap, which leaves an impression that the Shinco does care about its customers' experiences.
Do I have a problem? Yes! I bought only one and now my son and daughter is fighting as to who get this cool player. :- (( This means that I have to spend more.

    Fabulous little device, 2007-10-04
I had been looking for a sat nav for a number of months, my main criteria was that it should have European maps as I travel to Europe often.
My initial thought was to go for the Tom Tom (One V2 Europe), however after doing some more research, I came across an article in the Auto Express which only rated the Tom Tom as recommended.
The Best buy was the Shinco 350 which came out top, and after owning this I can see why as bonus you can play your MP3 music and MPEG movies from this devise.
Great devise, feature packed and easy to use, I paid just under £200.00 for mine, and just saw Amazon selling this for a lot less, some you win, some

shinco = quality, 2006-11-07 I have been looking for a large screen DVD player I decided to take the plunge and Buy the Shinco sdp 2002 as I couldnt find any rival brands who done a 12" screen.
When I received delivery I wasn't disappointed it was exactly what I was looking for.My kids love it I have 3 kinds and the 12" screen is sufficient for all 3 in the back of car and no complaints and the twin headphone sockets help it was truly heaven sent.Picture quality is of the highest quality my only qualm is that the majority of the unit is plastic but for the price who can complain it is still a good looking unit also did I mention it has a flip screen which can be folded pushed forward , height adjusted something which is very useful when space is a issue.I have used it myself and found that it takes all my recordable media that I have burned them my pc I even tried some DVDs that I bought a while ago but couldn't play them as they where out of region. It also has USB port very handy it accepts my USB flash pen drive without any problems.I am quite a fan of all the latest gadgets and I hold the Shinco in my top 10 for sure.If you're looking for big screen DVD player you can't go wrong with Shinco.I later found out Shinco manufacture 2/3 s of all the worlds portable DVD players including for brands like Phillips & Toshiba a very happy customer indeed.
