I've gone through several sets of headphones, since I started using my ipod and have never been satisfied with the quality of any of them. Up until now, I have always gone for the earbud style, mainly because I always thought of head or neckband phones as being a bit cumbersome. How wrong I was, at least as far as the PMX 40'S are concerned. They are very comfortable and once you get used to the fact that you can't put your head back against a surface, they feel almost natural. The sound quality beats any earbud phones that I've used, hands down. A good dynamic range from crisp clear top end to deep smooth bottom end. They passed the deeeeep dub reggae bassline test, with flying colours. All in all, a quality product at an affordable price

This is excellent for any VOIP user who has to travels a lot. The sound quality is outstanding and it's tiny so fits just right in your laptop bag.

Not sure what they other reviewers have been doing to their earphones so that they can wear them. The strap sits comfortably around the back of my head and the earphones sit comfortably on/in my ears. They stay place even if I jog for an hour or more with no adjustment. The wire is only just long enough (this is a good thing) and very light and doesn't flop about. If it doesn't fit under a cycling helmet then good because wearing earphones when you are out on your bike is plain stupid and dangerous. You can hear other stuff unless you put the volume up really loud, but again this is good because it means you can hear cars. If your gyms music is annoyingly loud that's the gym's fault not the earphones fault.

My only gripe is that they are luminous green.

Fabulous,Wonderful Earpiece, 2007-11-22
Just got one of these most excellent earpieces having struggled with a Jabra500 and Motorola in the past. The Sennheiser is light, extremely comfortable and with superb sound quality. Its easy to use and Joy of Joys, the manufacturere includes a car charger ( why does no one else?)
It has great volume control and people on the other end say they can hear it well although there is a slight echo of their own voice but not the rushing waterfall you get with the Jabra.

Silver the previous reviewer has nailed it but i want to point out that yes it weak in the bass side, but when tweaked in your sound settings there is masses of bass where needed with no hint of distortion.
Go on treat yourself, you wont regret it. trust me i'm not a doctor :p

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago when they were £82 from liGo through amazon. very quick delivery, helpful with enquiries, one of the better companies i delt with plus they were cheaper with P&P than current sellers.
