I've just bought my second pair of Sony MDR-V300 Headphones, these are about the best headphones for the price. Ideal for movies, music or anything else you can think of! Brilliant. They really make a difference to games.

I've recently recieved this a gift from my parents because i'm away at college and, qite frankly this little hi-fi punches well above its weight. It is really very good.
The instructions for getting up and running couldn't be easier to follow and the buttons and dials are all set out in a logical and stylish fashion which makes it a breeze to operate. I've got absolutely no problems with any of the functions on the Hi-Fi. The DAB works perfectly (even with the supplied aerial), the music transfer via USB is quick and easy and the bluetooth was quick and painless to set up with my headphones and my WALKMAN. The sound is amazing and even gives my more expensive £600 sony system a run for its money.
This Hi-Fi is well worth it's money and i would highly recommend it to anyone!

For the price I can't fault these. I've had far more expensive wireless headphones before that didn't perform as well. In short, low noise (virtually no hiss), light weight, comfortable, decent sound reproduction and very good range. I use them mainly for TV and radio and can wander anywhere about the house (even going down the garden to feed the chickens) without loss of reception. Good battery life with the provided rechargables too.

Excellent bit of kit. Great sound quality when using the headphone jack. Picture is nice and clear, no lines running down the 7" screen like cheaper makes.
Follow the clear instructions and the battery life will be 5 hours. I believe this to be the only 7" model with a 5 hour life. Their usually 2.5-3hr.
I would recommend this model to anybody!

These Sony MDR-AS50G are designed for active listening e,g in gym, jogging. The headphones have a flexible band that surround the back of your head whilst the ear buds fit snugly in your ear. No amount of physical activity will shift them. Sound quality was surprisingly good with a balanced level of bass and treble (9-23,000 Hz). They are also light (13g) and are still comfortable after your workout.

They come with a spare set of small and large buds with the medium buds fitted already to the phones. Also included is a rather large bulky plastic carry case thats strictly functional.

At the price I got them on Amazon (£21.94) they are an absolute steal! Also credit to amazon, I changed my delivery to Free Saver but they still came the next day! Very pleased!

Do They Actually Work?, 2008-08-14
Yes. As passive headphones, they work as well as any stereo headphones would be expected to. When the noise cancellation is turned on, there is a noticeable level of background hiss. (In theory, white noise tends to make interference less annoying subjectively.) In the home, any external noises are reduced significantly. These include a washing machine spinning, a dishwasher or even the fan in a lap-top. Obviously, noise reduction cannot perform miracles (e.g. noise in a tube train) but, for the price, they have a place in the market compared to those costing ten times as much.

This is simply one of the best players on the market at the moment, it is so light and small, and it simply does not weigh anything.

The quality of the headphones are amazing, and the screen is as bright and colourful and clear to read.

It does take a bit of getting used to if you are used to an apple scroll wheel, but after a few plays with this sony player you forget why you ever need an ipod.

You can use it with WM11 and it comes with a free 3 month trial for Napster, so you can really test out the player with all of the great music available.

I would say this is worthy of 6 stars but amazon doesnt account for that!!

These are great headphones and well worth the money. I haven't taken them on a plane as yet but the noise cancelling function is very good at cutting out the loud people in my office! The sound quality is very good and you get great bass, even when they are relatively quiet.

I would recommend spending the money for these
