Great mouse and great service from Amazon, 2008-11-14
This is a fantastic product at a bargain price. The mouse is comfortable to use and the downloadable software makes customising the buttons and other functions easy. It's a good weight and the laser technology works perfectly. If you currently use a 'ball' mouse or even an optical one, I recommend you upgrade to one of these. You'll certainly notice the difference and for under a tenner, it's a bargain!

I ordered this after 2100 on 11/11/08 using free super saver delivery. it was dispatched on the 12th and arrived on the 14th. Superb service from Amazon and Royal Mail.

Amazing, 2009-01-04
This product is awesome. I have owned a succession of universal remotes but none of come close to this for functionality and ease of use. Setup took me 30 mins and i would say i have fairly average technical knowledge. The provided software was easy to use and the setup went without a hitch. Previously my wife was virtually unable to use our av setup, now with this remote she can easily operate all of our equipment and was able to do so capably within 10 mins of use. It also happens to be easy on the eye and feels perfectly natural when holding it, not too heavy and not too light. Overall i highly recommend this product

FANTASTIC - easy to set up & easy to use it took me 25-30 mins to set up from start to finish you just need to gather your product make & models. I have had several "universal" remotes and all of them kind of worked but not quite however this one works perfectly - just like using the original remotes but now I have them all linked on one simple to use remote - no more hunting for the remote and now we have space for our coffee cups on our coffee table! Don't hesitate to buy this remote it honestly does work.

Good value and great quality, 2008-09-04
This is a sturdy, good quality microphone, especially for the price. Getting it working on Win XP worked first time. I did have to install a new driver but everything was auto-detected and straight forward.

The sound quality is great and it's easy to use. I mainly use it with Skype and it picks up voices clearly, even from across the room. I only ever had a very minor echo/feedback problem, but you can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone which has fixed the feedback/echo problems.

For the price, I can't fault it and recommend it highly for anyone who wants reliable and high quality sound at a price that won't break the bank.

I have Vista and wanted a cheap, but decent webcam to work in Skype and Live Messenger. I installed the software, connected the camera and it works. Can't say fairer than that. It fits onto just about any monitor - TFT, laptop or whatever.

The Logitech MX518 Optical gaming mouse doesnt look as good as others, but dont let that fool you.
I used to use plain microsoft mice, maybe dell but nothing that was made special for gaming.
I must say. as soon as you plug in the mouse you WILL feel how it glides,
I bought the mouse with a razer mantis mouse mat, they are an AMAZING pair and more importantly the mouse doesnt weigh much, so its not much of a hassle.

One of the main things i liked about it is that it is EXTREMELY comfortable.
You have buttons to change sensetivity, and you also have a button to change windows, it comes in VERY handy as unlike pressing alt + tab it shows the name of the window, not just the picture.

I must admin, when buying this mouse i wasnt sure, i thought it looked abit ugly and small, but it fits my hand perfectly, i find that this is by far the best mouse i have ever used. Worth EVERY penny you spend on it.

If you are not sure, then i say buy it. its AMAZING

The best on all counts!, 2008-12-15
I opened the box, eagerly pulled everything out and took the Styrofoam sleeves off each of the items. The two speakers and control unit faced me and I was blown away. The speakers and control unit were absolutely stunning, each housed in a sleek silver skirting and very glossy plastic fascia. These really have to be seen to be appreciated. The speaker stands are solid and made of metal so the speakers are perfectly weighted down. The stands can be detached using a Philips head screwdriver in order to mount on a wall, which they do perfectly on a wide head nail. The subwoofer was more subtly styled but still matched the speakers with its silver and black colour scheme. The volume knob is very smooth to turn, and you can tell when using it that this system is something special and not cheap. The bass knob snaps to its centre position.

I plugged everything in which was so simple, took absolutely no time at all and powered on. The first thing I noticed was that other than the subwoofer making a slight punch, there is no irritating 'cracking' sound when you turn these on, even when the volume is turned up full. This brings me very nicely onto the sound quality of these speakers. Wow, what can I say? These speakers really are too good to express in words, ultra high clarity and don't buzz, even when turned really high. The bass is out of this world too, so clear, punchy and crisp, you can really feel every beat crisply, and every bass tone truly.

An added bonus for me was that the control unit comes with an auxiliary in jack so I can plug my iPhone/Xbox 360 into the control module in order to play them through the speakers.

I really can not fault this system at all. The price is excellent, these are a very worthwhile purchase, you will not be disappointed!

I got this mouse for my laptop because my touch pad kept on freezing.
And I have to say it's not something i am going to regret anytime soon.
It's quite, the roller is not stiff, you don't need to shove it. It's a very attractive well designed mouse.

Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 Webcam

Works out-of-the-box on Linux, 2008-12-01
You'll have a right laugh taking the webcam out of the box, and removing the little piece of paper telling you that you should slot in the driver CD before plugging the camera.

Under Linux, the device uses the standard UVC driver, and doesn't need firmwares, or other garbage. The image quality is great, the microphone works without a problem and it sits nicely on top of my screen. Nice kit.
