A tight fit for iPad, 2010-07-30 The earphones work beautifully and the built-in controls (volume & mic) are very handy. However, the jack is a very tight fit and I was initially worried that it might damage the iPad. This was not the case but the first time that I removed the earphones from the iPad the insulation coverining the wires of the jack came off. I managed to replace the insulation and now take special care when unpplugging the earphones. This tight fit is not apparent on my iMac so I guess it must be the iPad which is causing the problem.

- Genuine Apple Branded 13" Macbook Battery A1185
- 10.8V - 55Wh
- Exclusively Through Notebooks 2 Go Ltd
- Brand New 6 Months RTB Warranty Via Notebooks 2 Go Ltd
Macbook Battery, 2010-04-28 Based on research of the feedback on the alternative products i decided it was best to purchase the branded battery at a little more cost than the non-branded compatibles. After a month of use i think it was the right decision and am satisfied that the battery does what its supposed to do. If you follow good battery protocol and discharge to low and charge to full, you will get true mobility and longevity with this product. Very happy.

- Replace your broken or damaged LCD screen
- Suitable for iPhone 3G 8GB or 16GB versions
- Repair your iPhone yourself and save money
Purchasing the LCD screen will save you £s, 2009-09-26 If your touchscreen glass is intact and the LCD itself is broken, this is the part for you. It's fiddly but, by watching one of the many howto videos on YouTube, you should be able to do this provided you have a reasonable amount of patience and manual dexterity. This is therefore a very cost-effective repair. Not so if the touchscreen or glass panel itself is broken. Replacing the glass is mega tricky and, without the tools they have in a factory, you will almost certainly have to spend hours heating up the part and, even then, you will have to use long-nosed pliers to chip away at pieces of glass that have not lifted from the backplate. If you need to relace the glass then buy the glass and the LCD together in one unit. This is not cheap but it is still a lot cheaper than sending the phone away for repair.

Not the Apple product, 2009-05-12 This is not the Apple product. If you are looking for a connector that is not Apple branded take one of the many connectors which are not ridiculously overpriced for how badly they are engineered.

It works fine., 2010-08-20 i bought an ipad and decided to travel exclusively with that, so i bought the connection kit.
When it arrived and i held it in my hand, i must admit, i thougt to myself "twenty five quid for that?" but it is what it is.
It worked fine first time no problems. i use a canon ixus 130.
Anything after that is an iPad/camera thing; the kit does what it does, and it does it completely fine.

easily the best phone on the market at the moment, 2010-03-04 you probably know all about this phone if you're looking at the reviews, so i'll skip telling you how great apps are and how easy wi-fi is to use and how its like an ipod touch but better...
in daily life, as a phone - this is probably second to none on the market right now. call quality for me is always crisp and clear, navigating your phonebook is a smooth and sensual experience that actually makes you want to call people for the sake of it, i generally have no real issues with reception although sometimes if its lost signal it can take quite a long time to find it again ( a few minutes at most ).
texting is great, all your sent messages displayed as conversations with the various people you have conversations with. always very handy for quoting things back to people. the qwerty keyboard can be a bit fiddly with my blokey fingers, but generally predictive text is pretty good or you just get used to it. you can cut and paste easily too! i send business cards/contacts a lot and only had a few incompatibility issues (mainly with old nokias).
browsing the internet is quick and easy, its sometimes easier to use my iphone than my laptop. the stretch and grab zoom thing is great and you can navigate most webpages much as you would a normal computer. my only issue being there is no flash support so no iplayer unfortunately. however youtube has its own app inbuilt so thats always good and you can browse other video sites no problem. having email access to your preferred (or multiple) email address at the touch of a button is also now an indispensable feature for me - the qwerty keyboard making sending emails pretty straightforward.
the gps (using google maps) is good but a bit sluggish at times. i've used it on a couple of journeys and it can get itself stuck in a field about 200 miles down the road for a few minutes, but so long as you don't completely rely on it its fine.
so i mentioned its an ipod (of course) and a whopping 16gb is more than ample. that is split between apps, photos and vids as well, but even so with all my apps i use about 700mb with photos/vids prob around 1gb.
the main thing is that the iphone is immensley play with-able. you'll find youself toying with it all the time. just quickly popping on facebook, checking the footy scores, chatting on skype, looking up random facts on wikipedia in the pub, quickly looking up a recipe whilst in the kitchen... crucially, its the touchscreen technology that makes it a winner over every other touchscreen phone at the mo. its just so responsive and smooth. i previously owned an lg viewty (original) and have used the samsung jet which are both nowhere near as responsive (samsung pixon however has quite good touchscreen as i recall). but, its one of those things that once you've got it you'll wonder how you lived without it.
