Apple really got it right with this keyboard. It is the comfiest keyboard I have used and also has the smallest footprint. No unnecessary ugly plastic media center keys, caps lock light built into the key. I know it's just a keyboard but you can't really ask for more! The USB 1.1 ports which are underneath in the "foot" of the keyboard are incredibly useful, I have a trackball plugged into one side and a small bluetooth dongle in the other. Both out of sight and work perfectly

Bought this headphone thinking that the remote will be able to increase not only the volume but all so you can forward to the next song as well when you have shuffle settings on. The sound was good but I wish it's a bit longer!

The headphones broke within minutes. The mesh disc covering the ear piece was frayed and sharp when opened, one completely fell off after first use exposing glue residue holding them together. Not genuine Apple headphones, compatible yes but absolute pants!

Bought this for hubby for his Father's day pressie as 3 teenagers and him sharing an adaptor to charge 4 ipods doesn't work! It is really great value and works a treat!

very good product. only issue is the fact that screen gets smudged a lot but with regular cleaning this is not so much of a problem. Try sticking your fingers all over your mirrors at home and you'll see what i mean.

Excellent product was lost when I misplaced my original so HAD TO get another
as I missed it so much-invaluable to me-BUT when I received the order replacement
in the post straight away (thank goodness) I found the original-now have two -BUT don't mind that at all as I really was lost without it when misplaced-better 2 than
none. I was not worried about getting a replacement as it was a Genuine Apple cable
and that was important to have reputable name behind it.

Laptop-style keyboard ideal for iPad, 2010-07-22
At just about an inch longer, this laptop sytle keyboard is an ideal bluetooth companion for the iPad, which is why I bought it. If you prefer, there's a keyboard with a built-in dock available, but that assumes you want the iPad at the angle the dock insists, which isn't necessarily the case. This one also makes a great extension keyboard for a laptop, for example if you close your laptop and plug it into a big monitor, or for a presentation. However, you might be better off purchasing the older, full sized Apple Wireless Keyboard - Keyboard - wireless - Bluetooth - English, which has the numeric keypad, full set of navigation keys and the delete button, if it's mainly for laptop use.

I didn't much like the look of the keys on this board until I actually tried it. They looked more like Scrabble tiles, and I preferred the typewriter style keys with curved tops found on MacBook Pros and full sized keyboards. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent feel -- as good as the legendary old Northgate keyboards -- and find myself rattling away at my usual pace without any adjustment necessary.

On the first generation of this style of keyboard, battery life was appalling. Apple has addressed this, and, with fewer batteries required, we now get the kind of extensive life the old big white bluetooth keyboards gave us.

If you want a keyboard for the iPad (or iPhone, I understand) which you also want to use with a laptop, then this is the best one to go for. Otherwise, you might consider the dedicated iPad keyboard, as this more general model has functions such as CD eject which you won't be needing.

By the way, this review was typed on the keyboard, on an iPad, just so you know it works.
