Unpractical, 2008-01-24 "Haven't used it all that much as while the silicon case is fine, it doesn't protect the ipod nano screen so in the end have bought a different case which opens like a book and is more practical"

Great sound and value, 2008-07-21 I bought a pair of these to use with my iPod Mini, and I was immediately impressed with the sound, which was clear, full and generally well-balanced. I feel they are very good value for money at under £20 (they retail for £40 at some outlets).
The key to success with these headphones is to find the best fitting buds. They should be snug inside the ear but only what you're comfortable with. Just try them all, swapping every few minutes until you find the best balance between sound and comfort.
Be sure to push the buds in to the ear properly, as this tight fit is what allows the strong bass response. It may feel a little odd at first, but after a couple of days use you will get used to it.

Apple

- Holds up to 7,000 iPod-viewable photos
- Holds up to 8 hours of video
- 2-inch (diagonal) liquid crystal display with blue-white LED backlight
- 320-by-240-pixel resolution at 204 pixels per inch
- Skip-free playback
Easy to use, great to look out and excellent sound, 2008-09-11 The iPod nano is gorgeous (both screen display and casing) and works well. It produces a great sound (although I must say that the generic earphones that come with it aren't very good - I swapped mine for a pair of £10 Sennheisers that do a much better job). From what I've seen (though I don't use this feature very much) its video playback is also very sharp.
I've had my nano for a few months now and have had no problems. The controls took a little getting used to (I previously owned a Zen Touch) but it was easy to pick up and I find it very intuitive to use. My only complaint is that I could do with a little more space than 8gb.

It really is as amazing as it looks., 2008-09-30 I'd like to keep this review brief and down to a few key points, as there are a lot of long reviews on this page already.
1) The interface really is as good as it looks.
It is extremely smooth, exceptionally intuitive and virtually perfect. Not only does it look amazing, but its very efficient. The only one tiny flaw I find is that if the name of a song is above a certain length, it is truncated with no way of viewing the full song name. I don't ever find this to be a major problem, though.
2) The screen is not as prone to scratches as you might think.
I have had my iPod Touch for a few months now, and while being a careful owner I wouldn't say I've gone out of my way to protect the screen. Desipte this, its still as unblemished as when I bought it.
3) If your music collection isn't organised (correctly tagged, including album art), be prepared to spend time organising it.
While not essential to have everything nicely organised, the iPod Touch is a vastly better machine when everything is. Only then do you really appreciate all the thought that has gone into the interface.
To summarise, I would recommend the iPod Touch as an excellent mp3 player. It is extremely expensive and its easy to think that the money is just being spent on stlye, however this is not the case. Your money is being spent on the most easy to use, efficient and user-friendly interface yet seen on an mp3 player. An absolute joy to use.

Apple Computer
- Dock for iPod
- Uses universal well
- Line outs for: AV Video, S-Video, 3.5mm Stereo Aud
- Data Synchronisation
- Recharge iPod
Does what I want it to do, 2008-08-24 I bought this dock to work in conjunction with my Black ipod 80gb Classic.
It does everything I want it to do. It charges the ipod and I have it connected to my Hi-Fi via the 20 pin ipod connector at the rear. This means the sound and volume are controlled via the amp and this is of a fantastic quality.
I haven't tried to connect it to the T.V to watch movies because I download DVD's to my ipod to watch, not the other way around.
My only gripe is it doesn't come with an adapter to take the Classic so I've had to use the white adapter that came with my ipod. It doesn't look too bad but a black adapter "might" look better.

Wow - once again, 2008-04-15 I recently lost my beloved first generation iPod nano at security in a Spanish airport so I decided it was time to treat myself to the present (third) generation and once again I have been blown away.
This model holds twice the music my old one did, and is capable of supporting video, photo and podcasts. The nano also benefits from a larger screen and more battery life, in order to enjoy your digital media to the full.
If you're familiar with Apple and their iPods then this is an excellent addition to their tree.
