I have read this book. It is an excellent guideline for life in POst-industrial society. It doesn't tell you about behaviour change rather it changes your phiosoophy of life as a whole and organizes it. A MUST READABLE BOOK.

Guided Mindfulness Meditation

This audiobook consists of two CDs. The first is the author talking about meditation, and this CD is wonderful to listen to. He has a really nice voice to listen to and talks as if he is just talking to you alone. He makes if feel as if Meditation is available to everyone, and anyone can do this, which is true, but so helpful to a beginner to be reassured that it is within their reach. The second CD is a set of progressive meditations, quite short, but each one taking you a stage further on. I found them really helpful to work through, as it got me to a stage where I could continue alone. I am a beginner at this but have found this audiobook very helpful and I do actually find it works. If you want to begin Meditation and find the market is too flooded with all kinds of books and methods, then start here with this audiobook. It will guide you through a no-nonsense method, and you can then follow-up any other methods you choose afterwards, when you know what it is about and what it can do for you.

Mindfulness for Beginners

If you prefer to 'listen and learn' than read, this is a great introduction to mindfulness. Jon Kabet-Zinns style is down to earth, thought provoking with a dry humor that will has you laughing out loud (be warned if you are listening to the CD in public!). Even the choice of a raisin for one of the short meditations will promote some giggles, but then there's nothing like a raisin for raise'n your awareness!

Inevitably, this short CD does not go into a lot of depth about mindfulness. If your curiosity if raised by the raisin, I would recommend one of Jon Kabet-Zinns thinner books for a good overview of the mindful approach to meditation. Wherever You Go, There You are

Complete Relaxation (Divinity)

After passing this audio cd in the shops many times i decided this time to buy it as i suffer from very bad anxiety and i have to say out of everything that i have tried for anxiety this has helped me the most.
You are guided by a pleasant voice in to deep relaxation and by the time the cd has ended your whole body feels deeply relaxed you feel more positive and anxiety is alot better. I felt so much relief from my anxiety because of this cd.

Well i found 'the secret' fascinating, as have all the people i bought it for and introduced to it! and i'm NOT suicidal!...HATE living in ENGLAND but thanx to 'the secret' good things have been happening to make this DAMN MISERABLE COUNTRY a little more bareable!!. Thanx to Rhonda Byrne and all Americans!!!....at least they LOOK AFTER THERE TEETH!!!.

Deep Sleep (Diviniti)

I am so glad I purchased this cd.

This cd has shown me a way into relaxing that I would not ever have managed alone.

Listening to it keeps you on track and stops your mind wandering.

I'd not had a proper nights sleep for 16 years, for various reasons including not being able to switch my brain off at night.
Thoughts, ideas and worries would just make it impossible to relax enough to be able to drift off to sleep.

I could not consider medication to help me sleep because my son is diabetic.

I tried the lavender sprays etc, but they did not help.

Buying this cd for me was my only resort, and I am so glad I did.

I've had this cd now for several months and I consider it one of the best purchases I have ever made.

It took a week or so before I experienced the full benefit, and now I don't even have to listen to it every night,
I just lay there going through the motions of visualizing and deep breathing.

My mother and sister both gave this cd a go and it worked for them too.

I was so impressed I also purchased Glenn Harrold's relaxation one too, although I found the tracks too similar to this cd, so I usually just stick to this sleep one.

What you get, (improved quality of life,) for the small amount of money you spend on this, is Priceless.

A big thank you goes to Glenn Harrold, he's definitely made an improvement in my life.

Lose Weight Now

I bought this CD not really convinced that it would work for me but thought it couldn't hurt.

Having lost two and a half stone last year I found the weight slowly creeping back on; it was seemingly impossible to regain my previous motivation to maintain. But I have been using Glenn Harrold's CD for just two Weeks and have already lost 8lbs. Glenn Harrold's voice is soothing and reasuring and I had no difficulty relaxing. Listening to the CD has given me the encouragement that I needed to change my life permanently.

I'm delighted with the results! I really feel now that I will be able to maintain my idea weight.

Learn How to Think Positively

This CD works - if you let it.
If you have never heard Glenn Harrold, then believe me his accent takes some getting used to. However just allow yourself to be inducted by the "South London Geeza", and you will reap the rewards. As with all of his CDs, the scripts are first rate, and very positive. His use of voice is certainly quite effective, and the background music is well edited and not too anoyingly new age.
If you buy and listen to this then you are aiming to reprogram your established thought patterns. In my experience this is not something that happens overnight, and is certainly harder if you dont allow yourself to relax into the process. After a month of repeated listening it is now really working many subtle wonders.
I highly recommend this CD as well as all of his others. I find them all very relaxing and positive experiences. As an aside, I would also highly recommend Nick Kemp's CDs which are very different but equally enjoyable.

This is an honest and uncorrupted CD. When listening to it there is a feeling about it that excites me. The intensity was amazing, every part of my body responded, the world faded away... For that particular moment in time, nothing else mattered. This, if nothing else, brings you closer to your goal. In essence, this is better than anything else because there is nothing else. There is nothing to compare to this,

Stephen is a beautiful man, with beautiful ideas. For those who have not read his book "The Cosmic Ordering Guide", this is an inspiration to all. He is much, much more progressive and modern thinking than the old slant on New Age. On this CD you get his sincere words and kind thoughts that unite you with the harmony of the universe. Extremists and evil power brokers would like to knock the cause of cosmic ordering, but they are not the masterminds of the universe. This work gives the next generation of New Age followers and believers the opportunity to make the most of life.

In my humble opinion this is worth every penny. Great work, Stephen.
