I have used battery operated nasal trimmers for years but havent been at all satisfied with them.
I had read about manual trimers being better than the battery ones.
I bought this in the hope that it would do what it said it would on the box.
Using it the first time is a bit wierd but it does do the job better than the battery operated one.
One snag with this item but dont let this put you off.
If it gets cold overnight the item tends to get stuck the next morning.
This is resloved by running some hot water over it.

What more can I say? I got this after really messing up my big toe with DIY chiropody so that I needed a painful and expensive trip to the professionals. Once that was done I got this to keep the offending nail edge trimmed down properly without risk of further damage and infection. The two thin files get right down into the gaps around the nail to file down the sharp edges effectively. It does help - if the nail has been properly trimmed in the first place! Do go to the professionals though if you have ongoing problems - this is only a preventative tool not one to fix an existing problem.
